We all experience anxiety, though some people need to deal with severe anxiety that needs treatment. However, not everyone feels depressed. Depressed people are usually always sad and lack motivation. These people also tend to have very low mental energy and feel hopeless most of the time. Anxiety is driven by excitement while depression is driven by lethargy.

I was able to find great ways to fight anxiety attacks and depression so I’ve included them here.

Start Living Healthy - I was able to determine something very important when I was still suffering from anxiety and depression. I found out that I certainly did not like the feeling of being anxious and depressed, so I needed to do something. Without wasting time, I did some research and found out that exercise is among the most effective stress relievers.

As soon as I started doing some exercise, I also decided to eat healthy food. Armed with good health and diet books, I started to choose healthier food such as fruits, vegetables and fish.

As expected, I felt better after a few months.

Surround Yourself with Your Amazing Friends and Family – When you are depressed, it’s more likely that you don’t want any companion, but the best thing to do is to go out and try to have some fun. Your friends and family are the ones to help you fight depression so be with them as much as possible.

Join a support group – Being a member of a support group will help you combat anxiety attacks and depression since the members understand what you are going through.

You will be able to help each other by sharing some advices on issues of anxiety and depression.
